Albert Einstein once said, “Only a life lived for others is worthwhile.” Giving back to the community is a must in the 21st century, especially when we are surrounded by negativity and cruelty in the world. When we thrive, we want others around us to thrive as well. Extreme Canopy has found a great way to give back to the community! Partnering with local schools and universities has been a great way to give to students who care about their education and are wanting to better their life. Our canopies and promotional products have been graciously donated to a local university, University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
Extreme Canopy’s Community Engagement
UCLA is a prestigious university where many dreams to attend. Located in the west side of Los Angeles, many students find themselves needing shade outdoors. UCLA has over 1,000 student organizations that host many outdoor events. Extreme Canopy has generously donated to the Materials Research Society club and UCLA Formula SAE team. These students are now protected by our canopy and are able to promote to their fellow colleagues to recruit new team members. Extreme Canopy has been able to demonstrate our custom printing services to these teams by custom printing their canopy and banners. Now, these teams have custom printed canopy to protect from the sun and rain. They are able to operate rain or shine!
Both teams have said that their canopy has allowed for them to stand out among their peers and that Extreme Canopy is their choice for all promotional and marketing needs. They both express that their canopy and banners have allowed them to look more presentable and professional compared to other canopies during their events.

Partnering with UCLA has made an impact on us as we are able to provide universities with our top-quality products. Students from these teams have told us how our canopy compares to other competitors’ products they purchased in the past – and our product has left great impressions on others and has persisted through difficult weather conditions.
