RECEIVING A COMPLIMENTARY, NO OBLIGATION MOCK-UP

How do you ensure that your tent stands out from the crowd? Just make sure that it has all the relevant information that you want visitors to notice. At Extreme Canopy, we share a complimentary 3D visual of how your tent will look, post printing. All you need to do is share a copy of your logo in either a high-resolution PDF or EPS file.

However, if you don’t have artwork in these formats, let us know. Our designers will then recreate the logo for you. To ensure the highest standard of quality in our custom printed canopy tents, we uphold very stringent artwork standards. This is why we only send the high-res artwork after your approval to print, in order to ensure no pixelation.

Sublimination Printing

Sublimation printing, also known as dye sublimation printing involves the use of a digital printer to produce a print on sublimation transfer paper. The sublimation paper is then placed into a heat press with the marquee fabric and exposed to a temperature of 392 degrees Fahrenheit. The artwork is then transferred from the paper to the marquee fabric.

LED-UV Printing

UV printing is a form of digital printing that uses ultra-violet lights to dry or cure ink as it is printed. As the printer distributes ink on the surface of the fabric, specially designed UV lights follow close behind, “curing” or “drying” the ink instantly.

Digital Printing

Dye Sublimation Printing

Dye sublimation printing involves the use of a digital printer to produce a print on sublimation transfer paper. CUSTOMER APPROVAL, PAYMENT & PRODUCTION OF PRINTED CANOPY TENTS

After your approval and payment, we will usually require 2 weeks to manufacture and deliver your custom tent. As Extreme Canopy manufactures all custom products in-house, we can also accommodate tighter deadlines.

 

5 DAY EXPRESS DELIVERY FOR PRINTED TENT

*Extreme Canopy offers a 5 working day express delivery on custom tent orders. However, please note that this service is not our standard service and may incur an additional fee. The standard free delivery time is 7 working days. Delivery time is counted only after the complete payment, artwork completion in an acceptable print-ready format and final artwork approval.
