Extreme Canopy is not responsible for return freight cost or any damages which occur during transit.  The item must be in re-saleable condition, including its original packaging (if any), is unused and as sold. The design process went pretty smoothly, and the tent turned out super! The printing looks great, and the structure is really solid. Much more durable than most others that I see around. Definitely need two people to set up. We ordered a roof extension module, but when we were setting up at first event, we discovered that we had not received all the parts needed.
