Extreme Canopy is not responsible for return freight cost or any damages which occur during transit.  The item must be in re-saleable condition, including its original packaging (if any), is unused and as sold. The refund amount will be purchase price less original freight cost.

Definitely need two people to set up. We ordered a roof extension module, but when we were setting up at first event, we discovered that we had not received all the parts needed.
