Customer service through the ordering and design process was very prompt and professional. The stock components were shipped the next day and our custom design top arrived as promised about 2 weeks after artwork was approved. The quality of the top materials and artwork, both colors and resolution, is simply amazing! We're just starting to use the tents in a college workshop, so far the quality and ease of use has been superior to our previous tents. Read Less

Read MoreTruly the most reliable, heavy duty, aesthetic built canopy that we have ever purchased in 20 years of having canopies. The gauge of the aluminum is "ballistic" quality. The ease of opening and closing is unlike no other I have seen. Early on we would purchase the Walmart Type canopies and learned our lesson many times over by replacing. The cost of this canopy is so fairly priced and we have seen our return on our investment by not having to replace in years!! The service is exceptional also.
