This is the fifth canopy we've purchased: The first was a very inexpensive model from Amazon, and it didn't last very long at all. Each successive canopy we spent more on, and while they DID last longer, always broke at the strut. This time, instead of buying a STEEL frame, we bought an all-aluminum from Extreme Canopy. Very helpful phone support, their graphics people took our artwork, made a 4 sided custom canopy and delivered from California to Florida in time for our event. Actually 2 days earlier than expected. So we had time to set it up beforehand so that all went smooth at the event. We went with the X6 frame because we wanted something that was sturdy enough for windy weather. We were very impressed with the quality and durability. It is heavier than most of the other frames I've seen but this one will not be folding up when the breeze picks up. Its a very sturdy frame.
