We have not used the tent yet, but we did put it up after we received it and it looks great. The people that I spoke with were very professional and timely in their responses to my questions and needs. We wanted to make sure the tent looked like we wanted it to and they were patient with me in the design process and got the tent exactly like we wanted. We have had a shipping issue with two of the weighted anchor plates that we ordered, but I don't believe that is any fault of Extreme Canopy. Read Less

I wanted sturdy, heavy-duty aluminum canopies that will last many years, and the canopy I received ticked all the boxes - at an affordable price too! I stumbled onto this company and had such a great experience in the ordering. Cody contacted me, and explained the process. The design team took my thoughts and made a better looking tent than I originally asked for. We made a small modification due to my wife's marketing mind. We had a few small hiccups but the owner Josh called me and cleared my misunderstanding up, and order being late.

Upon receiving my tent my sales began to grow immediately. Everyone was attracted to the words I printed on the valance. I want to emphasize on my experience, and investment. I spent $1050 on a tent that came with the bag. Yesterday alone I did an event for $1350. Previously I was just doing farmers markets preparing for this moment. Thanks to the tent, the first day I used it was when the company approached me about serving their 250 employee shift.
