Cody was able to answer my shipping questions and get my order in and shipped that day. my canopy arrived in Minnesota on Friday. there packaging is very good. double boxed heavy double wall boxes to prevent damages. the canopy itself is like its name. EXTREME! The customer support i got from Cody was excellent. all my emails were answered with in minutes. this company has its ducks in a row!!! cant go wrong buying one of there products!!!!
