How to Set Up a 13x20 Custom Canopy Tent Quickly and Safely

Setting up your canopy is straightforward when done correctly. Follow these steps:

Frame & Fabric Setup

Step 1: Cut open both the frame box and the fabric box using a box cutter or scissors.
Step 2: While opening the fabric box, lift the flaps slightly to avoid cutting the roof fabric.
Step 3: Remove all items and clear a flat setup area.
Step 4: Unzip the protective cover bag and undo the inside strap to remove the canopy.
Step 5: Remove protective coverings, foam packing, and zip ties.
Step 6: Expand the frame slightly by pulling the lower center truss bars (do not fully extend yet).

Top Tip: If the top center pole comes loose during transit, simply slide it back into place.

Step 7: Place the roof fabric over the frame and attach Velcro corners to the canopy legs.
Step 8: Secure the roof peak to the center pole and tighten the ferrule toggle.
Step 9: Expand the frame fully by walking backward while holding the truss bars.
Step 10: Lift all connectors until they lock into place with a click.
Step 11: Attach and tighten roof straps around the frame.
Step 12: Extend the legs to your desired height using the push-button system.
