I wanted sturdy, heavy-duty aluminum canopies that will last many years, and the canopy I received ticked all the boxes - at an affordable price too! We were missing a piece in the order and they shipped it to us promptly without question. The timeline was a bit misleading on the offset even though I specifically verified the timeline with customer service. They stated the timeline included production and shipping from the time the was art delivered, but after we paid we had a different representative and they said it was only production time. We got our tent the day of the event - which caused a lot of stress since it arrived after our scheduled set up time. I would use them again but would keep in mind it may take longer than stated.
