Not sure of your frame type? Refer to your invoice or contact with office with your invoice DO# or Name on invoice. Returns policy: Return the item within 30 days of purchase. Extreme Canopy is not responsible for return shipping cost or any damages which occur during transit.  The item must be in re-sell-able condition, including its original packaging (if any), is unused and as sold. The refund amount will be purchase price less original shipping cost.
