Our experience has been unique. The beautiful custom canopy arrived was first set up August 3 at The Wall That Heals event here in Chillicothe MO. Sunday morning a micro burst storm hit the event and our frame was destroyed. The awesome staff at Extreme Canopy got right on shipping a replacement out in time to enjoy at our next venue, and finally get some photos of this outstanding addition to our association. AMAZING quality canopy tent. Solid construction and the design makes for effortless setup and breakdown. We are able to leave the canopy in the frame and pack it up that way. The only negative/critique I have, is the bag. For storage and packing, the bag is perfect. Just wish the wheels weren’t so close to the sides of the bag. Also, wish the wheels were a touch bigger, as it would make rolling it around a little easier. And possibly reinforcing the handles a bit more, as there is a lot of tension being put on them when transporting.

This canopy is really well built and quality material. It’s sturdy and the assembly of the walls onto the canopy is easy. We use this canopy for so many different things and events with our Rescue squad. The only issue we have had was with the included instructions. They were clear and easy to read, however they were for the next size down canopy than what we have. Perhaps we received the wrong instructions in our shipment, but it would have been nice to have set up instructions specific to our size canopy as we bought the largest size and…
