Read MoreI sent an email on Sunday night figuring they would get back to me on Monday afternoon or Tuesday some time. to my surprise Cody called me (not emailed me) at 8:30 am there time. there customer support is top notch! Cody was able to answer my shipping questions and get my order in and shipped that day. my canopy arrived in Minnesota on Friday. there packaging is very good. double boxed heavy double wall boxes to prevent damages. the canopy itself is like its name. EXTREME!
