It took over a week to receive my mock up design (my logo in 3 places on a table cover), which I only received after asking again (& received within minutes of asking, so response was great). I had to again inquire a week later about progress. I had shared that I needed it ASAP. I don’t know how long I would have waited if I never reached out, but I am very happy with the end result. Cody was able to answer my shipping questions and get my order in and shipped that day. my canopy arrived in Minnesota on Friday. there packaging is very good. double boxed heavy double wall boxes to prevent damages. the canopy itself is like its name. EXTREME!
