Designing my custom canopy was seamless. They shipped my frame quickly. The only reason this is not a 5 star is because the shipped my custom top to a different address. It was not till months later when I followed up on why I had never gotten my custom top did anyone realize what had happened. They did print me a new one and mailed it over free of charge. So there is a nice ending to this story. I am just glad I did not have an event in the near future to where this mishap would have prevented the canopy on being here on time. Read Less
