We were missing a piece in the order and they shipped it to us promptly without question. The timeline was a bit misleading on the offset even though I specifically verified the timeline with customer service. They stated the timeline included production and shipping from the time the was art delivered, but after we paid we had a different representative and they said it was only production time. We got our tent the day of the event - which caused a lot of stress since it arrived after our scheduled set up time. I would use them again but would keep in mind it may take longer than stated. I don’t normally write reviews but I was so impressed with these guys, I had to let others know.First, we had a tight timeframe for an event and they worked with us to get it to us in a week!Second, we had an idea of what we wanted for a design, which they made proofs for. But then they came in with a second option that looked so eye catching that we ended up going with. It was better than I could have thought up myself. Most companies just design what you ask for, but they went over and above to design something we LOVE.Last but not least, the quality is amazing. We went with the highest quality 10x10, which was a great size but also, at windy events, everyone comments on the quality of our tent bc it looks solid, not blowing over and has a quality frame. The folks at Extreme Canopy were great! Very helpful phone support, their graphics people took our artwork, made a 4 sided custom canopy and delivered from California to Florida in time for our event. Actually 2 days earlier than expected. So we had time to set it up beforehand so that all went smooth at the event. We went with the X6 frame because we wanted something that was sturdy enough for windy weather. We were very impressed with the quality and durability. It is heavier than most of the other frames I've seen but this one will not be folding up when the breeze picks up. Its a very sturdy frame. Couldn't be happier.
