Read MoreAfter being set up at 40+ events in SoCal & even making it out to Burning Man 2021, my 10ft x 20ft X5 canopy finally need red a bit of a tune-up. When I showed up & told the warehouse guys the situation about the damages & that the repairs were being done under the warranty, they told me they could do all the work while I waited. They replaced a damaged bracket & the broken leg, tightened all the screws, they hand-washed off all the dust, they grabbed 2 new yellow 10ft walls to replace the damaged ones. They even gave me a new bag because mine was a bit worn. Even though there was an issue, the company went above & beyond to make it right, which I commend them for. Read Less
