Cody was able to answer my shipping questions and get my order in and shipped that day. my canopy arrived in Minnesota on Friday. there packaging is very good. double boxed heavy double wall boxes to prevent damages. the canopy itself is like its name. EXTREME! The customer support i got from Cody was excellent. all my emails were answered with in minutes. this company has its ducks in a row!!! cant go wrong buying one of there products!!!! Read MoreWe received a slightly damaged bolt and were unable to assemble the carrying case. I assumed it would be a hassle to get a replacement from the manufacturer, so I went to Home Depot, didn't find the right bolt, and finally purchased what I thought might work from Ace hardware. Turns out, it didn't fit, so I had to make another trip to return the bolt. THEN decided to contact customer service for a new bolt. The receptionist referred me to the warehouse with specific instructions on how to request a new part. I did it and in a couple days an entire wheel replacement kit arrived. We were missing a piece in the order and they shipped it to us promptly without question. The timeline was a bit misleading on the offset even though I specifically verified the timeline with customer service. They stated the timeline included production and shipping from the time the was art delivered, but after we paid we had a different representative and they said it was only production time. We got our tent the day of the event - which caused a lot of stress since it arrived after our scheduled set up time. I would use them again but would keep in mind it may take longer than stated.
