No need to fear buying online, this company is professional, honest and we trust them and love the 8 tents we purchased from them. This is not your typical store bought flimsy canopy. It's extremely sturdy, sets up quickly, and looks AMAZING. They customized with a logo perfectly and we get multiple compliments every single event we set it up for. It has kept us dry in downpours and kept the heat of the sun off of us like no other canopy ever has. Aftera year of using it in every weather conditions possible, it is still in perfect condition. I will say that it is heavy when stored in the case but not to the point that it isn't manageable. I just have to plan ahead to have help getting it where I need to. I already have plans to purchase another one as soon as my budget allows! Read Less

Cody was able to answer my shipping questions and get my order in and shipped that day. my canopy arrived in Minnesota on Friday. there packaging is very good. double boxed heavy double wall boxes to prevent damages. the canopy itself is like its name. EXTREME! The customer support i got from Cody was excellent. all my emails were answered with in minutes. this company has its ducks in a row!!! cant go wrong buying one of there products!!!! Customer service through the ordering and design process was very prompt and professional. The stock components were shipped the next day and our custom design top arrived as promised about 2 weeks after artwork was approved. The quality of the top materials and artwork, both colors and resolution, is simply amazing! Ultimately, I purchased two canopies from EC: a 10x10 and a 10x20. The workmanship is truly impressive - these things will last a long time! Another thing I feel compelled to mention is that the artwork they did was far and above what I expected. Our agency logo is crisp and clear with vibrant colors.
